Conflict is inevitable. Make it a force for good through a brave, restorative and conscious approach. Friendly Fire is practical, engaging and evidence-based - with lots of colour (and a few war stories).
Good relationships start with self-awareness.
What we are conscious of, we can control.
Discover and discuss the conscious and unconscious drivers of your conflict behaviour.
Develop your self-awareness and diversify your skills in communication and conflict management.
Preparation is everything. In partnership with Clarity 4D, we work with your team before the session to prepare an individual personality/communication profile for each team member via a detailed questionnaire, to raise self-awareness of personality style and communication preference. We then use that information to produce a team map highlighting the collective attitudes, aptitudes and communication preferences of the team as a whole (also known as the team's "DNA"). The results are key tools in the workshop where we unpack together our individual and collective conflict behaviour, how it is serving us, what is working well, and what could be improved for stronger relationships and better performance.
